Connecting Judge.me and Klaviyo in your Shopify Store

Transcript

Hey, Scott Austin here from Jade Puma. This video is going to show you how to connect judge me and Klaviyo for your Shopify store. So we're going to assume right now that you're already using Judge Me and are already using Klaviyo. And they're both connected properly to your Shopify store. So you're gonna want to connect judge me to Klaviyo so that all your information about Judge me who is reviewed with review score is gets published to you.

And you can use that data as you create segments and inquiry flows. So what we're going to do to start the process of connecting the two services, you're going to go to judge me. So here I'm in my Shopify admin on a new store that I'm building out. We're going to click on Judge Me and go down to Settings.

And then we're going to go to integrations and select Email Marketing to filter towards a clear view. And there you can see Clear View. You're going to click on connect. And now what it says here is hey you know give us your video private API key. So let's go into clear view I'm going to now in Klaviyo. Go down to settings.

And then when the default menu of account is selected you're going to see API keys right here. As you click on API keys and you want a private API key, you're going to create a private API key. I'm going to give it full access because Klaviyo and judge. There's a lot of integrations they can have. So just easiest to give it full access.  We're going to name this judge me.

And now here's our key. We're just going to copy that. Go back to judge me. Paste that in. And hit connect.

And we're going to want to check some boxes here for settings that we want. So you can now enclave you have it send review review request instead of instead of judge me so you know click this box to do that. Then you have to go set up those emails. So I'm not going to do that right now.

What I am going to do is I'm going to send review events to Klaviyo. So every time a judge review gets created, Cleve is going to know what user did that. And I like the threshold for positive. The default setting of four stars. I'm going to enable the, feeds here, and we're going to save that. And that is it.

Now you have connected your judge me to your klaviyo. And what you're going to want to do is once a new judge Me event comes in, you want to go into Klaviyo and verify that that event is showing up. So the way I usually do that is the next review that I get in in. Judge me, I'll look at that person's email address and then I'll go into klaviyo, search for that email address under profiles.

And then you'll want to look at their events. Now we just made this connection so we won't see, a judge me event in here yet. But the way you know that the connection is working properly is once you go into that email address, it left to review and judge me, you should over here see some events like judge me, review or judge be positive review left.

Once you see that you know that your connection is working properly. All right. Thanks for watching and good luck.
