Our Shopify App Philosophy

At JadePuma, we see the Shopify App store as a bit of the wild west. The quality of the app and the quality of the support can vary wildly from app to app. Apps are bloated with features that make them difficult to use. And then there are the developers that are just trying to pump out as many (poor quality) apps as possible.

So we are trying to provide high-quality and easy to apps. We discover store owners needs by working with our 100s of clients and seeing their needs.

Here are our app pillars:

  • Fewer Things Better. We're focussed on providing the highest quality apps. We're not rushing as many apps or useless features as possible.
  • Ease of Use. We believe that most Shopify apps are of pretty poor quality. They are not easy to use and do not provide enough functionality/flexibility. So our apps are as simple to use as possible.
  • Support Documentation. Our apps have plenty of documentation, both written and video. That way, you can learn how to get the most at of the app as quickly as possible.
  • Respond to Customers. We listen to your needs and feedback. And we evolve our apps based on what you tell us.
