Video Walkthrough of the Site
Hey Scott Austin here from JadePuma. And in this video I'm going to do a walk through of the magic bullet, a website, a, their domain is drink magic, bullet.com. And this website is the one product websites. So they're selling just one product, you know, there's no accessories, no other products which makes the content, you know, or, or the focus of the site really, really focused. So let's just walk through it here for a second. And the client didn't have a lot of content for their website. What you'll see here in a second. They're, they're actually testing and seeing, you know, what kind of messaging works really well, so they didn't go heavy on the content. So what we did is we had sort of like a landing page style homepage, right? With lots of different information. Who remember the days we had the infinite scrolling landing pages. This one kind of keeps going, you know, on and on with a couple of different things. Hey, how about this information? I want this information. So here we are on the turbo theme. We've got a full with banner and we've kinda waited that out to bring the product to the forefront. And the the the messaging about the value proposition of council, your hangover, not your phone. This is a drink or can take while you're out drinking or right after you finished drinking in the evening. So that next morning you wake up, you're annual over free. And you can see here as they're scrolling down, we get some alternating colors and which guy now different types of texts. Another component. So images, some testimonials, product sale blog post, Instagram. So that, you know, really long page. One of the things that I did on this site, it was kind of interesting is these top level links, a lot of them stay right on the homepage. So if I want to go to info, for example, that just scrolls me down on the homepage to the info section. Same thing. I think our story's closed me down on the home page to that section. And if it happened to me on another page on the site, you know, go to the privacy policy and in the head or I click on testimonials, it's going to take me back to the homepage and down to the testimonials section on the homepage. So a lot of our main nav content info ingredients, our story and testimonials are all keeping you on the homepage. So the two purchase scenarios we have here is one is to buy online. So this product comes in three sizes of a six pack, a 12 pack and a 24 pack. And you can see where it changes the Varian photo based on the corner he selected. And then there's also a subscription option for the six pack here where you can sign up to subscribe it, raising bowls subscription app here. And you can change, you know, the frequency of delivery for weeks or months. You could say, well, every two weeks, you know, or every two one. So I want to get it in there. There's a discount going on for those subscribers. And then the other, a part of the purchase scenario from the consumer here is not to buy online but to buy in retail. So we've got a store locator app installed on this page here. And this one's kind of nice because what it does is it automatically detects your location and then centers the map around where you're at. I actually live right over here. So you can see it's showing me the closest stores that actually sell the product to where I live in and gives me distances to them which is kinda really nice. And of course, you know, you can move the map around and it'll update the information for you. And we also have a couple more pages. One is for potential retailers. We're interested in song as product in your store. We give them their own signup page where they actually tell a little more information about themselves, like what company they're at and, and what location they're in. What'd you more than a normal contact page for consumers would have. And, and then we have the consumer contact page with just the normal three fields that we put in there. Notice we're also doing a full with banners across a lot of our evergreen pages. Like contact us using the on page details, temp within the side. That's your both theme. And I think we've also got an about page. I'm not a lot of photography in there. I would like to see more photography and an about page and in FAQ with an accordion functionality which is kinda nice. I like that the way that that accordion works inside of turbo right out of the box. Usually what I do in those, I just put a little of styling in for, you know, the one, your phone, the content you're highlighting and that kind of stuff, the gray backgrounds. But the, the according expanding and closing, this is how it works out in the box and the turbo theme. And again, another nice, a full screen with a banner, all of them with the lifestyle imagery of the way if you get to lead when you have the benefit of hanger prevention. So that is the magic bullet website. I think it covered up most of the things we're doing in that one. So let me know if you have any questions and thanks for watching, bye.
