ACE Baseball

Hey, it's Scott Austin here from Jade Puma. And in this video, I'm gonna walk through the Shopify store that we built for ACE baseball. And what ACE baseball does is provides coaching and lessons for young baseball players. So some of those lessons could be, you know, you sign up your kid to take five lessons or you sign the 'em up for an existing clinic. So in some of them you're scheduling what dates you want and others you're signing up for dates that are already on a schedule. So it's kind of, you know, two different ways to do the things. And they also sell some other products like brand apparel, which, you know, totally makes sense in a business like this, but mostly it's about the training. So let's walk into those products. So, like I said, some of the products are like this one day pitching clinic, you are signing up for this specific date or other dates, if those are available and how many people that you want, so that this is fairly easy to do inside of product options and Shopify, we just make date one of the options, right? For the other types of train, where you're, you want to pick what dates you want. So let's say you're signing up for a private lesson. Now we've got this calendar functionality that shows up and you can pick, you know, what date you're looking for and what times that you want. And you know, you can, for all these different lessons, you can sign up that way and then add that to the car. And then you're basically booking that time and paying for the lesson. At the same time. You also notice in the product description, we even give you the you know, the consent form that you have to sign and you can download that right now, print it out and then bring it to your lesson when you drop your kid off. So trying to make it as easy for people. Oh, I just closed that out. I'm sorry. Trying to make it as easy for the parents as possible to make the purchase, get all the information that they need. So here in the homepage, you know, this is will Oman is the, the owner of the business. You know, you know, he was a major league baseball pitch for years and years. You'll see his pictures throughout the site, you know, in different uniforms, you see where he played for a whole bunch of different teams. So we're establishing his street cred throughout. And we even do that on the about page where we, you know, talk about his history, show him a whole bunch of different uniforms and, and all that good stuff. So will, you know, establishes his credibility. He's building this brand here for his business. And one of the things he has is he has this ACE club. And one of the things that people wanna do all the time is just pay their, their membership due. So right on the homepage, we have an ad to cart and you can pay it you're off to the races and done really quickly. So trying to make things as easy as we can for their customers to get what they're looking for. And we also do some explaining of these methodology, a stands for attitude, commitment, and And he's got, you know, some blog articles where, you know, he's explaining his methodology how to become a better baseball player. So not just selling products, but also having content and information up there for people to learn from also. So that is the Shopify store that we built for ACE baseball. Thanks for watching.
