Hey. Scott Austin here from JadePuma. And in this video, I'm going to show you how to add me as a user to your Klaviyo account. So for this to happen, you already have to have created your Klaviyo account and then you'll log in. Let's go log into my Klaviyo here.
I have all these different accounts with clients and I actually have two-step authentication turned on. So I'm actually going to my phone right now or I have this little two-step authenticator app.
Okay, so you're logged into your Clearview account and if you have more than one account, for instance, if you have two Shopify stores, you'll have different accounts for each one. I'm over here, you can see this is the account that I'm logged into. I'm logging into Scott@jadepuma.com and that user name has access to all these different stores or Klaviyo business accounts, whatever you want to call it, right? So make sure you're logged into the right account. If you have more than one that you want to give me access to. So once you're in your Klayvio, you just click over here and you go to account.
And then here under settings go to users. Then all you have to do is click on add a new user and just send it to my email address, which is Scott at jadepuma.com there user in this account. So probably get an error message and then give me the admin role so that I can do all the fancy things that I needed to do to get your store set up and your Klaviyo set up. Um, and then just say add user and you can see it already. It gives me an error that, um, I already have an account added cause I already did it here. Um, but then what that will do was, Oh, send me an email and I'll accept it and then I'll be able to log in through my same interface into your store and then get your Klaviyo set up the way that we've been talking about. So that's how you can add me as an admin to your Klaviyo.
